Ordering Information

 

You have several options for ordering senior pictures.

• You can go online and place your order online with CC. Link
• You can fill out the order form for online ordering and mail back to Word with payment.
• You can fill out the Opt-Out form (which will give you preselected quantities and sizes in your package) for standard packages and mail back to Word with payment.
• You can come by our studio in Crosby to make payment and select your order preference.

 

What is the Online order?  Order discount certificate online now

• No paper forms to fill out
• You purchase E-Certificates which are like an online gift certificate.
• The certificate packages are discounted by giving you more dollars to apply to your order
• You select your package and pay online
• No mistakes on email address so you are guaranteed to receive your notice when the pictures are ready for viewing.
• Don’t have to wait for us to receive your form and process payment before getting your Certificate code.
• No postage to return form
• Best, fastest and most efficient way to order. 
• Only good for the E-Certificate purchase (not available for the opt-out standard)
• You have the freedom of selecting, your own sizes, your own quantity.
• Select color, Black/ White or Sepia
• Bordered prints / 2, 3, 4, image prints with text. We even offer a custom collage.
• Fast delivery

 

What is the Online Paper Order Form?   Same options as above except you will mail the form back to Word.

• You will need to complete this form and return to Word Photography; once payment is processed you will receive your Certificate code by email.
• Will take a little longer to receive your Certificate code than doing the online order above.

 

What is the Opt-Out Standard Form?   Slowest process

• You order packages with predetermined sizes and quantities.
• You will need to wait until the pictures are on line to fill in the image numbers on the form.
• Send the form with payment back to Word Photography.
• Once payment is processed your order will be sent back to you.
• This order selection will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks longer than processing your order online.

 

 Once the pictures are online you will receive an email with the link and pass word. 
Allow 4 weeks from the time your students sitting for the pictures to be online.

 

If you require proofs they can be provided for an additional charge of $15.00 which you may keep.  They will have the studio name and proof printed on them.

 

If you do not receive an email after the images are online, it will be because we could not read the email or it was sent to your spam folder.  In either event you can still access the site with the ordering information below.

 

 

How to fill your package online

 

• Go to http://www.digiproofs.com/wordphotography
• Find your senior; each senior has a separate folder and separate passcode
• All of the images for your student will be visible.
• Select the images that you want to consider printing by checking the box below each image.
• Click on “Order Products” at the top right hand corner of the page.
• Each image will have a separate page to select size and quantity for that image.  You will need to scroll down to see each image.
• To the right you will find the area to select the image sizes/quantities that you can select for the image to the left.
• At the top of the page you will see express order.  By selecting a size and quantity it will be applied to all images you have selected.  Example; If you would like a 4x6 of every image you would put 1 in the drop down box.
• Before checking out, put in your e-code in the small box at the bottom of the page and you will know what you have left to spend or if you have gone over what the difference would be.  The code can only be used once.
• If you purchase additional items, you will pay for the additional items during check out.  Shipping will be charged only on the additional purchases.

 

Multi-Image Information:

 

Word Photography offers the ability to create collages with your images, add text, or select borders.

 

When fulfilling multi-image items:

1.      Selected your first picture

2.      Select your multi-image item

3.      Choose your preferred layout.  (Consider layouts that offer horizontal openings for horizontal pictures, etc.)

4.      Your first image will be dropped into the layout.

5.      You will then be redirected to select the next image from your folder.

6.      Use the blue arrows to adjust the image within the layout.

7.      Fill in your personalized information.

8.      Click on “View Order” to go to the next item.
